144,000 are chosen from both genders; male and female. Nowhere does it imply it’s “males only.” After resurrection they won’t be humans anymore, and their gender won’t play any role (not in the way that it is for humans).
Joel 2:28-29
The Lord’s Promise of His Spirit
“Then, after doing all those things, I will pour out my Spirit upon all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy. Your old men will dream dreams, and your young men will see visions. In those days I will pour out my Spirit even on servants—men and women alike.”
Galatians 3:26-29
“For you are all children of God through faith in Christ Jesus. And ALL WHO HAVE BEEN UNITED WITH CHRIST IN BAPTISM HAVE PUT ON CHRIST, like putting on new clothes. There is NO LONGER Jew or Gentile, slave or free, MALE AND FEMALE. For you are ALL ONE IN CHRIST JESUS. And now that you belong to Christ, you are the true children of Abraham. You are his heirs, and God’s promise to Abraham belongs to you.”
Luke 20:34-36 “Jesus replied, “Marriage is for people here on earth. But in the age to come, those worthy of being raised from the dead will neither marry nor be given in marriage. And they will never die again. In this respect THEY WILL BE LIKE ANGELS. They are children of God and children of the resurrection.”
Zechariah 12:8-9 “On that day the Lord will defend the people of Jerusalem; the weakest among them will be as mighty as King David! AND THE ROYAL DESCENDANTS WILL BE LIKE GOD, LIKE THE ANGEL OF THE LORD WHO GOES BEFORE THEM! For on that day I will begin to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.”
Hebrews 2:11-13
“So now Jesus and THE ONES HE MAKES HOLY have the same Father. That is why Jesus is not ashamed to call them HIS BROTHERS AND SISTERS. For he said to God, “I WILL PROCLAIM YOUR NAME TO MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS. I WILL PRAISE YOU AMONG YOUR ASSEMBLED PEOPLE.” He also said, “I will put my trust in him,” that is, “I and the children God has given me.”
Mark 3:33–35 “Jesus replied,“Who is my mother? Who are my brothers?” Then he looked at those around him and said, “Look, these are my mother and brothers. ANYONE WHO DOES GOD’S WILL IS MY BROTHER AND SISTER AND MOTHER.”
Examples:
Acts 21:8-9 “The next day we went on to Caesarea and stayed at the home of Philip the Evangelist, one of the seven men who had been chosen to distribute food. He had four unmarried daughters who had the gift of prophecy.”
Luke 2:36 “Anna, a prophet, was also there in the Temple. She was the daughter of Phanuel from the tribe of Asher, and she was very old. Her husband died when they had been married only seven years.”
Judges 4:4-9 “Deborah, the wife of Lappidoth, was a prophet who was judging Israel at that time. She would sit under the Palm of Deborah, between Ramah and Bethel in the hill country of Ephraim, and the Israelites would go to her for judgment. One day she sent for Barak son of Abinoam, who lived in Kedesh in the land of Naphtali. She said to him, “This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, commands you: Call out 10,000 warriors from the tribes of Naphtali and Zebulun at Mount Tabor. And I will call out Sisera, commander of Jabin’s army, along with his chariots and warriors, to the Kishon River. There I will give you victory over him.” Barak told her, “I will go, but only if you go with me.” “Very well,” she replied, “I will go with you. But you will receive no honor in this venture, for the Lord’s victory over Sisera will be at the hands of a woman.” So Deborah went with Barak to Kedesh.”
